Director, owner, Vickie Norris has been building better businesses since 1993. She has an entreprenurial spirit (having started several successful businesses) as well as a deep love of the arts. An artist since her childhood her creatively is apparent in all that she does.

As a graphic designer she offers 2 unique opportunities for her clients: 1) she works collaboratively (if you wish) at the computer and 2) once you've paid for her time—you own your artwork (no additional or hidden costs). Norris has focused on creating business and corporate marketing plans and materials for consumer products companies, retailers, and entrepreneurs. Other work experience includes bookkeeping and management positions Raised on a dairy farm she was driving a tractor at age six and bucking hay by eight years old. She brings those strong work ethics and can-do attitude to the needs of her clients which often results in repeat business and referrals. Clients value her strong communication skills, ability to quickly assess their needs, and her steadfast attention to implementation. With business partner Mark Elo they have developed e-commerce and web 2.0 solutions as a new offering to clients. The Norris Group has been an Honor Roll member of the Better Business Bureau since 2004.
